【Abstract】 As an effective tool of risk management,competitive intelligence can be used to help the enterprise to deal with the risks of the strategic alliance and guarantee the smooth implementation of the strategic alliance.At present,studies have been carried out in the competitive intelligence field on the strategic alliance and the alliance risks.This paper reviews,summarizes and analyzes the research status,research achievements and the existing deficiencies at home and abroad,and on this basis discusses the research direction of competitive intelligence in the alliance risk management field.更多还原
