【Abstract】 Tacit knowledge exchange has always been an important research content in enterprises,libraries and academic institutions.But there are some obstacles and deficiencies in current tacit knowledge exchange.By analyzing the research status of tacit knowledge exchange,this paper points out the obstacles and deficiencies,and puts forward the idea that social recommendation service can effectively promote the tacit knowledge exchange among organizations and individuals,and solve the problems in tacit knowledge exchange.更多还原
