福建省高等职业教育培养学生“关键能力”初探
An Inquiry into Fujian Province Higher Vocational Education to Training Students’ Key Competence
【摘要】 从关键能力基本内涵出发,以福建省福州市中小企业经理人为研究对象,从企业人才需求的观点来探讨福建高等职业教育培养学生"关键能力"的需求,提出如何培养福建省高等职业教育学生"关键能力"的建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the basic connotation of Key Competence,this article was about the inquiry into what Key Competence meant for managers in 51 medium-sized and small enterprises in Fuzhou,Fujian province.It was also a survey of the requirements they do to carry out Key Competence.It suggest us how to training the Key Competence in higher vocational education in Fujian.
