【摘要】 目的总结腹膜后Zuckerkandl器区域内副神经节瘤的特点及诊疗方法。方法分析1例Zuckerkandl器区域内副神经节瘤患者的病例资料,检索相关文献进行讨论总结。结果患者经B超、CT及MRI检查发现腹膜后肿物并行手术治疗,术后患者恢复良好,病理结果证实为副神经节瘤。结论 Zuckerkandl器区域内副神经节瘤临床罕见,手术是主要的治疗手段,术后仍需长期随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical characteristic and treatment of retroperitoneal paragangliomas. Methods Analyze a case of organ of Zuckerkandl paraganglioma, with review of the relative literatures. Results Ultrasound, computed tomography scanning and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a retroperitoneal mass and a radical surgery was performed. The patient was discharged without any complications. Histopathological examination finally showed a retroperitoneal paraganglioma. Conclusions Organ of Zuckerkandl paragangliomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors, radical surgical resection is suitable for most retroperitoneal paragangliomas, and long-term follow-up is recommended.更多还原
