助凝剂在冬瓜山铜矿全尾充填絮凝沉降中的运用

【摘要】 选厂产出的20%左右低浓度的极细粒级全尾砂浆直接进入立式砂仓,根据全尾砂物理力学及电化学特性,选择新型高效廉价化学添加剂,实现全尾砂在砂仓内快速沉降浓缩连续造浆。全尾砂沉降速度是自然沉降速度的10倍以上,且上部溢流水质清亮,能够达到国家排放标准,该工艺浓缩成本低、仓底不板结、造浆浓度稳定、系统制备能力大、强度高、投资小,从根本上解决了全尾砂应用中的难题。

【Abstract】 By 20% of low concentration of very fine grade,the full tailings slurry were put directly into a vertical sand tank in the Concentrator.According to the physical mechanics and electrochemical properties of unclassified tailings sand,this project will select a new chemical additive with high efficiency and cheap price.It can realize a rapid sedimentation and concentrated slurry made continuous by the unclassified tailings sand in sand tank.The speed of subsiding for unclassified tailings sand is 10 times than speed of natural Sedimentation.The upper overflow is clear,and it can reach the national discharge standard.This process has the following advantages,more lower in the concentrated cost,no matter in a sand tank bottom,stable concentration for slurry made,ability preparation system,high strength,low investment.Fundamentally it solved the problems of the application of the unclassified tailings sand.
