【摘要】 目的结合临床实践,总结股骨转子间骨折手术治疗经验。方法选取2008年1月—2011年1月我院收治股骨转子间骨折接受手术治疗的患者64例。随机将病例分为股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)组20例,动力髋螺钉(DHS)组20例,解剖钢板组24例。观察3组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量,治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果 PFNA组术中出血量、术后引流量及术后并发症显著低于另外两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组手术时间、术后疗效间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PFNA内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折确切有效果,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of the surgery of intertrochanteric fracture by clinical practice.Methods Clinical data of 64 operated patients with intertrochanteric fracture from January 2008 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into three groups:PFNA group,DHS group and anatomy bone plate group randomly.Operate time,blood lose,draining volume,therapeutic efficacy and complications were analysesed in statistics.Results Blood lose,draining volume and complications of PFNA group have visible lower than the other two groups.Operate time and therapeutic efficacy were similar in the three groups.Conclusion Using PFNA internal fixation could effectively to treat intertrochanteric fracture and have more less complications.更多还原
