【摘要】 目的观察中医穴位注射治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性期的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性肺源性心脏病急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。2组均采用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用足三里注射黄芪注射液,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的78.0%,且症状/体征改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论中医穴位注射治疗慢性肺源性心脏病具有良好疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupoint injection in the treatment of patients on the acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 100 patients diagnosed as acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 50 cases.The control group was given with conventional treatment,while the treatment group was given with Huangqi injection on Zusanli in additional based on the control group.Both 2 groups received treatment for 14 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96%,which was better than the control group of 78%;and the amelioration of symptom,physical sign of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion It is effective to treat the patients on the acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease with acupoint injection,and which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
