【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床特点。方法回顾分析我科2007年1月—2011年12月确诊的新生儿化脓性脑膜炎31例。结果治愈26例(占83.9%),自动出院4例(占12.9%),死亡1例(占3.2%)。结论新生儿化脓性脑膜炎临床表现不典型,对有发热、惊厥、脑室扩大、反应低下任一表现者应常规做脑脊液检查并积极选用有效抗生素治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the clinical characteristic of Neonatal purulent meningitis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 31 cases about Neonatal purulent meningitis in my department from January 2007 to December 2011.Results 26 cure cases(account for 83.9%),4 automatic discharge cases(account for 12.9%),1 dead case(account for 3.2%).Conclusion Neonatal purulent meningitis have untypical clinical manifestation.the patient who has the any performance such as fever,low reaction and so on,must be have the test of csf and choosed the effective antibiotic drugs.更多还原
