【摘要】 目的探讨优化护理流程在大流量冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)图像质量控制中的应用价值。方法收集行冠状动脉CTA检查患者500例,随机平分为两组,实验组采用优化护理流程,对照组采用常规护理流程。判断实验组与对照组之间检查时间与图像质量上是否存在差异。结果实验组平均检查时间为(14.98±4.14)min,对照组为(30.07±11.28)min,实验组检查时间明显短于对照组(t=6.883,P=0.001),且实验组冠状动脉图像质量明显高于对照组。结论运用优化护理流程可明显减少患者检查时间,同时提高冠状动脉图像质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the value of optimum nursing on image quality of 64 multi-slice CT in coronary artery.MethodsA retrospective study was undertaken in 500 cases which had 64 multi-slice CT scan in coronary angiography.500 cases were divided equally into 2 groups.The experimental group was received optimum nursing and the control one was received orthodox nursing.We contrast experimental group with control groupsand judge if there is significant importance on the time of examination and the image quality of coronary artery.ResultsThe mean time of experimental group is(14.98±4.14)min and the one of control group is(14.98±4.14)min.The time of experimental group is shorter than the one of control group obviously.The image quality of experimental group is higher than the one of control group obviously.ConclusionTo use optimum nursing can reduce the time of examination and elevate the image quality of coronary artery.更多还原
