【摘要】 目的了解我院门诊二类精神药品使用情况,并评价其合理性。方法收集本院2010年1—12月门诊二类精神药品处方4904张,采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)作为药物使用研究的单位,以药物利用指数(DUI为指标,对处方进行分类统计、分析。结果门诊前6种常用精神药品中,阿普唑仑处方量最多(48.77%),其次是苯巴比妥注射液(22.78%)。药品用药频度高低依次为阿普唑仑、氯硝西泮片、地西泮片、苯巴比妥钠注射液、苯巴比妥片、地西泮注射液。结论二类精神药品使用情况及药物选择基本合理,符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the use of psychotropic drugs for outpatients in our hospital and to evaluate its reasonableness.Methods4904 outpatient prescriptions of psychotropic substances of category Ⅱ from Jan to Dee in 2010 were collected in our hospital for statistical analysis with defined daily does(DDD) recommended by WHO taken as research unit and the drug utilization(DUI) taken as index.ResultsResults Among the six kinds of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs Alprazolam Tablets(48.77%) ranked at the first place in terms of numbers of prescriptions and followed by Phenobarbital Injections(22.78%),Alprazolam Tablets,Clonazepam Tablets,Diazepam Tablets,Phenobarbital Injections,Phenobarbital Tablets,Diazepam Injections were showed higher percentages in of DDDs respectively.ConclusionThe use of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole,basically according to the Regulations on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs.更多还原
