【摘要】 目的观察蒙脱石散(思密达)联合叶酸辅治小儿秋季腹泻的疗效及安全性。方法将207例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为观察组106例和对照组101例。对照组予常规抗病毒治疗,观察组加用思密达联合叶酸治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效、大便情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为98.1%明显高于对照组的90.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大便次数少于对照组,止泻时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思密达联合辅治小儿秋季腹泻疗效较满意,能明显改善患儿的大便情况,且安全性高,是治疗小儿秋季腹泻的首选方案之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of montmorillonite powder(smecta) combined with folic acid in children autumn diarrhea.Methods 207 cases patients with children autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(106 cases) and control group(101 cases) .Control group were treated with conventional antiviral treatment and observation group were treated smecta combined with folic acid.After treatmeat,compared the clinical effect,stool situation and the incidence of adverse reaction of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(98.1%) was significantly higher than that of control group(90.1%) ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) .The stool frequency of observation group was less than that of control group,diarrhea time was shorter than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05) .Conclusion Smecta combined with folic acid in children autumn diarrhea has satisfactory clinical efficacy,can significantly improve the stool situation,and has high safety,is a safe and preferred method of treatment in children autumn diarrhea.更多还原
