羧酸/磺酸盐型水性聚氨酯的性能研究
Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Containing Carboxylic/Sulfonic Groups
【摘要】 以N,N-(2-羟乙基)-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(BES-Na)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为亲水扩链剂制备了一系列羧酸/磺酸盐型水性聚氨酯,采用DSC对其进行分析,并研究了不同BES-Na含量对水性聚氨酯乳液的外观、稳定性、黏度、平均粒径和薄膜的力学性能、硬度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:制备的WPU在45℃附近出现一个软段熔融吸热峰,WPU乳液外观和稳定性较好,平均粒径在75~110 nm。随着磺酸盐BES-Na含量的增大,乳液黏度增大,薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率提高,硬度增大,吸水率也逐渐提高。
【Abstract】 A series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU) using sodium N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-aminoethane sulfonate(BES-Na) and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) as chain extender was prepared and characterized with DSC.The appearance,stability,average particle size of WPU emulsions and the mechanical properties,hardness,water absorption of WPU films were showed.The results indicated that the endothermic peak of soft-segment of WPU was at about 45 ℃,WPU emulsions had good appearance and stability,the average particle size was at 75~110 nm.The viscosity of WPU emulsions was increased with the increasing of BES-Na content.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties,hardness and water absorption of the films were also increased with the increasing of BES-Na content.
