长链烃基改性硅油PMHS-g-LCAA的合成与结构表征
The Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Polymethylhydrosiloxane Grafted with Long Chain Alcohol Acrylate Functional Group
【摘要】 以丙烯酸高碳醇酯、聚甲基氢硅氧烷为单体,在H2PtCl6催化作用下进行硅氢加成反应,合成长链烃基改性硅油,通过正交实验探讨了相关因素对硅氢加成反应转化率的影响。利用IR和1H-NMR对聚合物的结构进行表征分析,结果表明:两种单体之间的硅氢加成反应得到预期设想的聚合物,获得β-1,2-加成产物。
【Abstract】 Long chain alcohol acrylate was grafted to polymethylhydrosiloxane bone by hydrosilylation,with hexachloroplatini acid as catalyst.Through orthogonal experiment,main factors affecting the graft reaction between LCAA and PMHS were discussed.FTIR and 1H-NMR spectra indicated that the hydrosilylation reaction followed the Markovnikov’s rule and played a strong preference toward β-1,2-addition.
