【Abstract】 The transformation of an enterprise’s development pattern is the important content of transformation of the economic development mode.The transformation of the economic development mode is to be driven only by an enterprise’s realization of the transformation of the development mode.The key of transformation of a non-public enterprise’s development mode lies in the change of the way of its development.The external factors of impacting the transformation of the development mode of China’s non-public enterprises mainly come from the financing environment,market access,property right protection and other issues.The internal factors of impacting an enterprise are mainly the system innovation,management innovation,culture reconstruction and so on.How to promote the change of the development mode of China’s non-public enterprises?
