5种防治鱼病药剂对水螅的急性毒性

【摘要】 用5种防治鱼病的药剂对水螅进行毒理实验,结果表明:防治鱼病药剂能影响水螅正常生命活动,并造成它们大量死亡;5种防治鱼病药剂48h对水螅的半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为硫酸铜0.855mg/L,敌百虫431.44mg/L,盐酸恩诺403.85mg/L,新诺明1 478.61mg/L,氯化钠2 036.09mg/L.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the studies on the toxicity of five kinds of drug for preventing and curing the fish disease by using of Hydra were presented.The results show that all these drugs could not only influence the normal life activity of Hydra,but also cause in numerous deaths.After 48 hours,the LC50 values of drugs for Hydra were determined respectively:copper sulfate was 0.855 mg/L,metriphonate was 431.44 mg/L,enrofloxacin hydrochloride was 403.85 mg/L,sulfamethoxazole was 1 478.61 mg/L and sodium choiride was 2 036.09 mg/L.
