【Abstract】 In this paper,the studies on the toxicity of five kinds of drug for preventing and curing the fish disease by using of Hydra were presented.The results show that all these drugs could not only influence the normal life activity of Hydra,but also cause in numerous deaths.After 48 hours,the LC50 values of drugs for Hydra were determined respectively:copper sulfate was 0.855 mg/L,metriphonate was 431.44 mg/L,enrofloxacin hydrochloride was 403.85 mg/L,sulfamethoxazole was 1 478.61 mg/L and sodium choiride was 2 036.09 mg/L.更多还原
