高等医学院校二级学院教学档案管理规范化研究

【摘要】 目的:研究出一套适合高等医学院校二级学院教学档案管理规范化的模式。方法:结合目前高等医学院校二级学院管理的发展趋势,制定完善、科学、可行性的教学档案管理制度,具体教学档案内容,明确教学秘书在教学档案管理中的职责。结果:重视教学档案建设是教学档案三级管理规范化模式的关键;准确、及时收集、整理教学档案资料是确保教学档案系统性和完整性的前提;完善教学档案管理制度是教学档案管理规范化的保障措施;对教学秘书进行教学档案管理的培训是教学档案管理规范化的重要手段。结论:教学档案管理规范化需要长期性坚持;教学档案管理规范化对保证、提高教学群体教学质量有促进作用;教学档案管理需信息化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study on the teaching archives management model of two-level college in medical college.Methods: The causes for the problems in the construction of teaching archives,providing the following methods to solve the problems: to improve the teaching archive management system,to specify the scope of teaching archives,to have a strong sense of the importance of constructing the teaching archives,to improve the quality of the archive management workers,and to highen supervision of the teaching archive management .Results: Trenthening the construction of teaching archives and promoting the teaching innovation to improve the management of teaching normalization .
