【摘要】 目的:探讨高敏Tnt、心梗三联(ck-mb、mb、cTnI)在急性心肌梗死中的临床应用价值。方法:通过对80例急性心肌梗死患者血清中的高敏Tnt、心梗三联的测定。结果:80例急性心梗中高敏Tnt测定阳性率为98.75%,而心梗三联的阳性率仅为76.25%。结论:电化学发光法测定高敏Tnt比金标法心梗三联测定诊断急性心肌梗死特异性高,敏感性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the high sensitivity Tnt,myocardial infarction(CK-MB,MB,cTnI triple) in acute myocardial infarction and the clinical application value of.Methods 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction serum high sensitivity Tnt,MI triple determination.Results of 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction in determination of high-sensitivity Tnt positive rate was 98.75%,and the positive rate of only 76.25% mi triple.Conclusion the chemiluminescence method for the determination of high sensitivity Tnt compared to the gold standard method for determination of the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction AMI triple high specificity,high sensitivity.更多还原
