【摘要】 [目的]研制出各项性能指标合格的50%醚菌酯水分散粒剂。[方法]以制剂悬浮率和崩解性为考察指标,对分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂及填料进行筛选。[结果]50%醚菌酯水分散粒剂最佳配方(以质量分数计):有效成分质量分数为96%的醚菌酯52%,分散剂GY-D800 6%、助分散剂GY-SN02 10%、润湿剂GY-WS01 3%、崩解剂氯化钠10%、填料为高岭土18%、黏结剂为水。[结论]对制剂性能指标检测,结果表明该产品的崩解分散性好,热贮前悬浮率为91.0%,6次崩解,持久泡沫量为0,热贮(54±2)℃,14 d后悬浮率为83.3%,5次崩解,持久起泡性量为0,有效成分热贮分解率3.2%,各项指标均符合国标要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kresoxim-methyl 50% water dispersible granules was prepared,and the performance index of the formulation was qualified.[Methods] The dispersing agent,wetting agent,disintegrating agent and packing were selected in the method of testing the suspension rate and disintegrative.[Results] Kresoxim-methyl(96% purity) 52%,GY-D800 6% as dispersing agent,GY-SN02 10% as assistant dispering agent,GY-WS01 3% as wetting agent,NaCl 10% as disintegrating agent,kaolin 18% as packing,water as binder were formulated into an optimum formulation of kresoxim-methyl 50% water dispersible granules.[Conclusions] The result of formulation test showed that the granules had good disintegration and dispersibility.Suspension rate was 91.0%,disintegration was 6 times,lasting foaming amount was 0.After thermal storage at(54±2) °C for 14 d,the suspension rate was 83.3%,disintegration was 5 times,lasting foaming amount was 0,effective components decomposition rate was 3.2%,all specifications were fit for the requirement of GB.更多还原
