常见叶菜类蔬菜中丙森锌的气相色谱检测

【摘要】 [目的]建立了气相色谱检测常见叶菜类蔬菜中丙森锌的残留分析方法。[方法]样品中丙森锌的酸解产物邻丙二胺(PDA)经离子交换树脂净化后,与五氟苯甲酰氯进行衍生化,衍生物用硅胶柱净化后以配有电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定。[结果]在添加质量分数(以PDA量计)为0.02、0.05、0.50 mg/kg时,回收率达到81.4%~93.9%,变异系数为2.0%~6.1%,最低检测质量分数为0.02 mg/kg。[结论]该方法灵敏度高,净化效果好,能够满足常见叶菜类蔬菜中丙森锌的残留检测。

【Abstract】 An analytical method was established to determine the residue of propineb in common leafy vegetables by gas chromatography.[Methods] After acid hydrolysis of propineb,the reaction solution was purified by ion exchange chromatography column.The eluate containing propylenediamine was derivatized with pentafluorobenzoylchloride,the derivative was cleaned up by column chromatography on silica gel and then determined by gas chromatography using election-capture detector(GC-ECD).[Results] The result showed that the recovery from untreated control samples fortified with PDA at levels of 0.02,0.05,0.5 mg/kg were ranged from 81.4 to 93.9%(RSD 2.0-6.1%),and the limits of quantification were all 0.02 mg/kg for propineb in different leafy vegetables.[Conclusions] This method was proved to be high in sensitivity and effective in purification,and was reliable to determine propineb residues in common leafy vegetables.
