28%百菌清·唑菌酯悬浮剂的研制
Development of Chlorothalonil·Pyraoxystrobin 28% SC
【摘要】 [目的]配制28%百菌清.唑菌酯悬浮剂,以得到更广泛的应用。[方法]通过对阴离子和非离子表面活性剂复配体系的筛选,确定了28%百菌清.唑菌酯(SYP-3343)悬浮剂优惠配方。[结果]优惠配方组成:百菌清21.0%,唑菌酯7.0%,NNO 2.0%,D425 3.0%,0201B 5.0%,1601 1.0%,黄原胶0.1%,白炭黑0.1%,乙二醇4.0%,水补足至100%。[结论]该制剂对黄瓜霜霉病具有良好的防效,EC90值13.72 mg/L,持效期6 d。各项指标均符合悬浮剂的要求,具有良好的开发前景。
【Abstract】 Chlorothalonil·pyraoxystrobin 28% suspension concentrate was prepared for more extensive application.[Methods] Through the selection of compound system of ionic and nonionic surfactant,the optimum formulation of chlorothalonil·pyraoxystrobin 28% SC was determined.[Results] The optimum composition of formulation was chlorothalonil 21.0%,pyraoxystrobin 7.0%,NNO 2.0%,D425 3.0%,0201B 5.0%,1601 1.0%,xanthan gum 0.1%,silica hydrated 0.1%,ethyleneglycol 4.0%,water made up to 100%.[Conclusions] The biological activity test result indicated that chlorothalonil·pyraoxystrobin 28% SC had relatively high effects on cucumber downy midew,EC90 13.72 mg/L,and persistence of 6 days.It showed that the index were in accordance with the technical standard of suspension concentrate,and the formulation had good development prospects.
