【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇、水为流动相,C₁₈柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定28.6%氨氯·二氯水剂中的氨氯吡啶酸和二氯吡啶酸。结果表明,氨氯吡啶酸、二氯吡啶酸的标准偏差分别为0.07、0.12;变异系数分别为1.26%,0.53%:平均回收率分别为100.27%,99.99%,线性相关系数R²_{氨氯吡啶酸}=0.999 9,R²_{二氧吡啶酸}=0.9999。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of the mixture of 28.6%) picloram+clopyralid aqueous solution（AS） by reverse phase HPLC using methanol-water as mobile phase,C₁₈ column and ultraviolet detector was described in this paper.The results showed that the standard devitions for picloram and clopyralid were 0.07 and 0.12,the coefficients of variation were 1.26%and 0.53%,the average recovery were 100.27%and 99.99%,the linear correlations were 0.999 9 and 0.999 9 respectively.更多还原
