【摘要】 为全面了解国内外农药专利申请的数量与技术分布状况,分析研究国内外的农药专利申请热点,对1986～2008年中国专利文献检索系统中的农药技术领域专利申请进行了统计分析。结果表明,(1)从农药专利的申请人来看,国内的大学及科研院所和个人申请的比例相对较高,公司企业申请的比例较低;(2)在化学农药领域,国内的专利申请量略低于国外,且国内申请人的创新能力有待提高;(3)在生物农药领域,国内的专利申请量占绝对优势,但代表先进技术的转基因生物农药的研发水平不高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to completely understand the number of pesticide patent application,status of technological distribution and analysize and research the application hot aboad and at home,a statistical analysis was conducted for the patent application of pesticide area in Chinese patent search system.The result showed that(1) application from College,research institute and individuls was much more than from company enterprisese at home;(2)in chemical pesticide field,the number of patent application at home was a little lower than that abroad,and the creative ability at home need to be improved;(3) for biopesticide,the domestic patent application number took a large proportion of the whole,but the R&D level of transgenic biopesticide was not high.更多还原
