NaCl溶液对翅碱蓬种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 用不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理翅碱蓬种子,分析种子发芽数、发芽率以及幼芽、幼根长度发展规律,为开发利用翅碱蓬提供理论依据。结果表明,翅碱蓬种子能耐受很高浓度的NaCl胁迫,随着NaCl溶液质量浓度增加,对其萌发具有明显的抑制作用:种子发芽率的降低,与NaCl溶液质量浓度呈显著的负相关;幼芽在低浓度时表现为促进生长,高浓度时表现为强烈的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Suaeda heteroptera seeds were treated with NaCl solutions of different concentrations. Analysis was made on the germination numbers of seeds, the germination rate and the regularity of young root growth in an effort to provide reference for the development of suaeda heteroptera. The results show that suaeda heteroptera seeds can endure NaCl stress of high concentrations. With the rise in the concentration of NaCl solution, the germination of the seeds is obviously restricted. The decline in seed germination rate has a negative correlation with the concentration of NaCl solution.
