【Abstract】 On the basis of an overview of environmental endocrine disruptors,the action mechanism of environmental endocrine disruptors is introduced from the aspects of gene function with nuclear receptor and non-gene signaling pathway.The effect of environmental endocrine disruptors on maternal and child health is also discussed,including the effects on mother,fetus n and infant.Meanwhile,it also emphasizes that the effect of environmental endocrine disruptors on mother with unstable hormone levels and sensitive early life should be paid great attention.更多还原
