【Abstract】 Through the severe drought occurred in Yixian in 2009,we were trying to find out the cause of drought occurring in the local for years and thus to propose specific measures to reduce drought-related losses,such as improving vegetation to prevent soil desertification,planting drought resistance crop varieties,increasing artificial rainfall input to develop cloud water resources.The formation mechanism of drought and effects on drought resistant were also analyzed,which provided scientific basis for the government to make agricultural policy and develop countermeasures for drought.更多还原
