交叉喷孔喷油嘴喷雾特性的试验

【摘要】 设计加工了交叉喷孔的喷油嘴,进行了喷孔尺寸检测和喷油规律的试验,以及不同孔径和角度交叉的喷雾特性的试验.小角度交叉试验中,相同孔径的喷雾贯穿距离最小,喷雾锥角最大.交叉的上孔孔径越大,角平分线和重心的位置角度越大,即越靠近上平面.相同孔径改变交叉角度的试验中,大交叉角度时随着交叉角度的增大,贯穿距离减小,喷雾锥角增大,而且贯穿距离小于单孔喷雾,喷雾锥角大于单孔喷雾.小交叉角度双孔喷雾的贯穿距离大于单孔喷雾,而喷雾锥角与单孔喷雾基本相当.交叉喷雾特别是大交叉角度在喷雾开始和结束的时候,喷雾会出现摆动现象,下面的孔在开始和结束段起主要作用.下层喷孔入口处对应的压力室内的压力较大是主要原因.单孔喷雾的角平分线和重心的位置角度要比喷孔几何中心对应的角度大2°,将有助于喷油嘴和燃烧室的配合设计.

【Abstract】 Spray atomization were conducted on a special made injection nozzle.The spray has short penetration and large spray core angle with the same hole diameter,and spray is close to the top plane with large hole in small crossing angle test.Spray penetration is decreased and spray core angle is increased with the increase of crossing angle in the large crossing angle test.Penetration is shorter and spray core angle is larger than those of single hole spray in large crossing hole,but penetration is large and spray core angle is the same comparing with those of single hole of small crossing hole.Spray swing in large crossing angle test shows that the two lower holes play a significant role in the opening and closing processes.Because fuel stagnates at the bottom of pressure chamber,the lower orifice has a higher pressure.Single hole spray is close to the top plane and is larger than geometry axis about 2°,and this will help to match the nozzle and combustion chamber.
