柴油机硅油减振器实际工作过程的扭振仿真计算研究
Research of the Diesel Engine Silicone-oil Damper Actual Working Process Torsional Simulation
【摘要】 目前还没有针对硅油减振器实际工作过程的计算方法,通过分析硅油减振器的工况、阻尼系数和硅油粘度、温度之间的内在联系,以及在工作运转中动态热平衡建立过程,建立了基于动态平衡的硅油减振器工作过程的扭振仿真计算方法,并经过工程实例应用和实际机组测试结果的分析比较,来检验计算方法的合理性,从而验证了其工作过程是一个动态平衡的建立过程,为进一步对硅油减振器进行精确匹配计算和设计打下基础。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the interactions within the silicone-oil damper conditions,temperature,viscosity of silicone oil,and the dynamic equilibrium established in the work process,the silicone-oil damper torsional simulation method is proposed.Through the application of a project and the comparison with the actual engine unit test results,it proves the validity of the calculation method.and verifies the course of their work is a dynamic equilibrium process of establishing,which lays the first stone for the further step of the silicon-oil dampers in the accurate matching calculation and designing.
