HRT及有机负荷对厌氧+好氧UF组合工艺处理养猪场粪污的试验研究

【摘要】 将厌氧+好氧+超滤(UF)膜+光催化工艺用于养猪废水处理的试验研究,探讨了厌氧池水力停留时间(HRT)以及进水有机负荷变化对工艺处理效果的影响.结果表明,HRT为6 d时,该工艺对化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH3--N)的去除率能达到93.64%和93.48%,并稳定在较高水平;在进水有机负荷变化情况下,工艺能够稳定出水COD在63.2~82.3 mg.L-1,COD,BOD,TP,NH3--N的平均去除效率为98.47%,98.06%,94.69%和93.78%,远低于畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准的一级标准,处理效果良好.

【Abstract】 The main purpose of this study is to probe anaerobic+aerobic+UF membrane photocatalysis technology for the treatment of piggery wastewater.Influence of anaerobictank hydraulic retention time and influent contaminants on waste water treatment efficiency were studied.The results showed that,when treated for 6 d,the removal rate of COD and NH-3-N was 93.63% and 93.48%respectively,and it is stable at high level.While organic loading of influent contaminants had a variation,effluent quality of COD could stablize at 63.2~82.3 mg·L-1,the effluent average removal rate of COD,BOD5,TP and NH-3-N was 98.47%,98.06%,94.69% and 93.78% respectively,which were far below the primary discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding.Therefore the system has a good treatment effect.
