【摘要】 运用Granger检验方法,采用2008-01——2011-12的数据对国际石油价格、国内农业生产资料价格及国内粮价的相互关系进行实证分析,并考察在此相互关系下的农民利益问题.结果表明,农民不仅没有从最近一轮粮食价格上涨中获得更多收益,还承受了由于石油价格上涨导致的农业生产资料价格上涨所带来的压力,成为油价上涨的直接受害者.研究认为国家应该加大对农业相关补贴政策以保护农民利益,稳定粮食生产.更多还原

【Abstract】 The article uses the Granger test method,adopting data from January 2008 to December 2011 to analyse the relationship between international oil prices,domestic agricultural production material prices and domestic grain prices,and to examine the farmers’ interests.The results showed that farmers not only failed to obtain higher benefits from the latest round of rise of grain prices,but also bore a pressure from the rise of agricultural production material price which was led by the rise of oil prices.Farmers become the direct victims of the rising oil prices.The government should increase the agricultural subsidy policy to protect the interests of farmers and to stabilize grain production.更多还原
