【Abstract】 Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein is a soluble cytoplasmic protein,and expressed in the brain cells.The levels of heart-type fatty acid-binding protein were significantly increased in serum in the early stage of cerebral infarction,While pati-ents were suffering from acute cerebral infarction.it is more sensitive than conventional neuro-biochemical markers,named neuron specific enolase(NSE) and S100B.The concentrations of serum were associated with the areas and injured neurological functions.So it is potential to be a new type of neuro-biochemical markers for the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction.更多还原
