【摘要】 目的:探讨应用鼻内镜及吸引剥离器治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法:对我院2009年1月~2011年10月就诊的53例鼻中隔偏曲的患者采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术,术中用吸引剥离器行剥离,观察其临床疗效。结果:术后随访3~12个月,所有患者鼻中隔偏曲矫正,无1例鼻中隔穿孔发生。结论:在鼻中隔成形术中应用鼻内镜及吸引剥离器提高了手术安全性,缩短了手术时间,具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Nasal endoscope and explore the application to the stripper treatment and the other is the clinical effect.Method:The septoplasty use nasal endoscope by 53 cases,and use suction detache,in my hospital by 2009 january to 2011 October,Observe the curative.Result:All patients are successful to be cured,no perforation of nasal septum is happened.Conclusion:The use of nasal endoscope and suction detache improve the operation security,reduce operation time,it is worth to be used.更多还原
