【摘要】 目的:探讨经腹与阴道彩色多普勒超声异位妊娠诊断的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析在该院住院的278列异位妊娠患者,术前每个患者均行经腹及阴道彩超检查,术后均由病理证实。结果:结合超声显像特征,207例经腹超声诊断为异位妊娠,269例经阴道超声诊断为异位妊娠。阴道超声符合率(96.7%)明显高于腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的符合率(74.8%),两种诊断方法有统计学差异(P<0.01);且阴道超声平均诊断时间比腹部超声提前。结论:阴道超声相对腹部超声是诊断异位妊娠的首选检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical values of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Method:278 cases with ectopic pregnancy in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively,every case received transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound before operation,and the results were confirmed by pathological examination.Results:207 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasound,and 269 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound according to ultrasound imaging characteristics;the coincidence of transvaginal ultrasound(96.7%) is significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(74.8%),there was significant difference(P<0.01);and the time of diagnosis of diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound was shorter than that of transabdominal ultrasound.Conclusion:Comparison of transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound is the favorite choice in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
