【摘要】 主要以抗炎和清热解毒作用为指标,对3种不同提取工艺5味铁屑胶囊进行药效学比较,结果表明:对干酵母所致大鼠的解热作用实验中,工艺三组较其他组对大鼠升高体温有持续解热作用;对醋酸(HAc)所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进的影响实验中,工艺三组小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性抑制作用比较明显。因此,工艺三即黄柏、诃子、川楝子、栀子用乙醇提取后再用水提取有效成分,把2次的浓缩液合并后加制铁屑,60℃干燥粉碎装成胶囊的药效比较好,可以确定为蒙药5味铁屑胶囊提取工艺。这一结果为蒙药5味铁屑胶囊批量生产提供一定的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Used the anti-inflammatory and heat-clearing and also the detoxifying as the Index,authors compared Pharmacodynamics of five flavor scrap iron Capsule with three different extraction technology.In the pyretogenesis induced by yeast experiment and exudation of abdominal blood capillaries,authors found that in three teams the third team is better than the other teams on decreasing the febrile rats’ tempreture and decrease exudation of abdominal blood capillaries.As a result,the experment shows that the best way to extract Mongolian medicine of five flavor scrap iron Capsules is the third way which used ethanol to get extracts from Bark of Chinese Corktree,Medicine Terminalia Fruit,Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit and Cape Jasmine Fruit.And then,used water to extract effective components from extracts.while,used the consentrated effective components to process scrap iron and drying at 60 centigrade to make capsules.In this essay,the best way to exract medicince can provide scientific basis for the quantity production of this medicine.更多还原
