【摘要】 综述了近年来对黄酮类化合物提取方法的研究进展,黄酮类化合物具有广泛的生理和药理活性,黄酮的提取方法有超临界萃取法、酶辅助提取法、微波提取法、有机溶剂提取法、超声波辅助提取法等。现代研究证明,黄酮类化舍物是重要的抗氧化剂,其生理作用是多种多样的,超临界萃取法速度快、操作简单,产品无溶剂残留;超声波辅助提取无需加热,对有效成分具有保护作用。在提取某些黄酮类成分时,可以将二者合理地结合利用。对黄酮类化合物的提取方法进行研究,为开发利用黄酮类化合物提供了一定的科学借鉴依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The recent flavonoids on the extraction method of progress.Flavonoids compound was a kind of compounds with wide development prospect which has important physiological and pharmacological activity,a method of extracting flavonoids supercritical extraction,enzyme-assisted extraction method,microwave extraction,organic solvent extraction,ultrasoun-assisted extraction method.Modern research has proven that flavonoids are important antioxidants.their physiological role is diverse,supercritical extraction fast,simple,solvent-free product residue;ultrasound-assisted extraction without heating,the active ingredient has a protective effect.In some Chinese herbal medicine extract flavonoids,can be rational combination of the two.F1avonoids on the extraction method to study for the development and utilization of flavonoids provides a scientific basis for reference.更多还原
