【摘要】 目的:优选盐炙车前子的最佳炮制工艺。方法:以醇溶性浸出物和水溶性浸出物为评价指标,选择炒制温度、投药量、炒制时间、翻炒次数为考察因素,采用正交设计优选盐炙车前子的最佳炮制工艺。结果:盐炙车前子的最佳炮制工艺为:炒制温度为170℃,投药量为40g,加盐量为2%,喷洒盐水前炒制时间为79s,翻炒32次,喷洒盐水后炒制时间为66s,翻炒次数为50次。结论:优选出的盐炙车前子炮制工艺合理可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the best preparation technology of Semen Plantaginis.Methods:The best processing technique was gained through determining the content of alcohol and water-soluble extracts in Semen Plantaginis.Orthogonal design experiment-L9(34)was used to investigate the factors of temperature,stir-heating time,drug dosage and stirring number.Result:The best processing technique was to add2% salt,40g for drug dosage,and stir-heating 79/66s,stir32/50 at 170℃.Conclusion:This best processing technique is feasible and good repetition.更多还原
