SDBS/SB复配体系界面性能及影响因素分析
Study of performance and its influencing factors of mixed system of SDBS and SB
【摘要】 研究了SDBS与SB在不同配比和浓度下油水界面张力的变化情况,确定了复配体系的最佳配比和浓度;同时,考察了pH值和NaCl含量对最佳复配体系油水界面张力的影响。结果表明,当SDBS:SB为7:3,浓度为0.4%时,SDBS/SB复配体系的油水界面张力降至0.05mN/m,达到高效表面活性剂驱超低界面张力的要求。在pH值调节范围内,升高pH值,油水界面张力先降低后升高,当pH值为8时,油水界面张力降至0.04mN/m。加入少量的氯化钠时,油水界面张力先降低,当含盐量0.3%时,油水界面张力降至最低值0.02mN/m,后逐渐升高。
【Abstract】 Under the different pH and salt concentration,attention was paid on the rule of oil water interfacial tension with in the different ratio and concentration of SDBS and SB.The results showed that when the ratio of SDBS and SB was 7:3、the concentration was 0.4%,the oil water interfacial tension can reach to minimum 0.05mN/m which can be used in surfactant flooding system.When the pH was 8,the oil water interfacial tension can be reach to the minimum 0.04 mN/m.When the salt concentration was 0.3%,the oil water interfacial tension can reach to the minimum 0.02 mN/m.
