四种天然多糖的降血脂作用研究

【摘要】 对黄芪多糖、桔梗多糖、玉竹多糖和甘草多糖的降血脂作用进行研究.选用健康雄性大白鼠70只,按体重随机分为7组,其中空白对照组喂养基础饲料,高脂模型组喂养胆固醇3%、猪油10%、胆酸钠0.5%、基础饲料86.5%,阳性对照组用辛伐他汀作为阳性对照药,另有黄芪多糖(APS)组、甘草多糖(GPS)组、桔梗多糖PPS(J)组和玉竹多糖PPS(Y)组,除空白对照组,其他6组喂养高脂饲料20g/(天.只),喂养15d后,检测各组大鼠血清的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇.结果表明,黄芪多糖、桔梗多糖和玉竹多糖具有明显的降低血脂的作用,而甘草多糖对血清的各项指标均没有影响.

【Abstract】 AIM: To compare the lowering blood lipid for astragalus polysaccharides(APS),glycyrrhiza polysaccharide(GPS),platycodon polysaccharide PPS(J) and polygonatum polysaccharide PPS(Y).METHODS: Seventy healthy male rats were randomly divided into seven groups: blank control group(fed with common feed),high lipid model group(main component: 3% cholesterol,10% lard,0.5% cholic acid sodium and 86.5% based feed),positive control group(this experiment with simvastatin as the positive control medicine),astragalus polysaccharides(APS) group,glycyrrhiza polysaccharide(GPS) group,platycodon polysaccharide,PPS(J) group and polygonatum polysaccharide PPS(Y) group;blank group continue to feed the based feed,other six groups feed fatty feed 20g/day,after 15d,levels and contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) in serum and levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC) were detected.The result shows that astragalus polysaccharides,Platycodon polysaccharide and Polygonatum Polysaccharide have significantly reduced blood lipid,and liquorice polysaccharide on serum all the indexes have no effect.
