【摘要】 目的:探讨综合性医院如何提高儿科临床实习效果.方法:回顾性分析了如何培养良好的医德医风、临床思维能力、注重基本技能的训练及医疗安全防范等所采取的管理措施.结果:通过采取正确的儿科临床实习引导方法,把学生临床实习教育意识贯穿于临床教学工作中来,不但提高了教学质量和学生学习的兴趣,而且还减少了临床诊断差错事故的发生.结论:对儿科临床实习学生进行多种方式的带教和培训,可明显提高医学生的临床实习效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate how to improve the pediatric clinical practice effect in comprehensive hospital.Methods: The management measures such as how to cultivate good ethics and clinical thinking ability,pay attention to the basic skills training and medical safety were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Taking right guidance method in pediatric clinical practice and impenetrating students’consciousness of clinical practice education throughout clinical teaching,not only improved teaching quality and students’study interest,but also reduced the accidents of clinical diagnostic errors.Conclusion: Many ways of teaching and training for pediatric clinical practice students can obviously improve medical students’clinical practice effects.更多还原
