基于Pro/E Wildfire的直齿圆柱齿轮三维参数化造型设计
Program Design for the Three—dimension Parametric Involute Spur Gears Based on Pro/E Wildfire
【摘要】 利用Pro/Engineer Wildfire将参数化设计技术应用于直齿圆柱齿轮的虚拟设计中,建立齿轮的渐开线方程.用户只需根据人机交互界面的提示,输入相关参数,即可自动生成直齿圆柱齿轮的三维实体,从而缩短产品的开发周期,提高设计效率.
【Abstract】 This paper tries to achieve this goal-making use of the software of Pro/Engineer Wildfire,parameterized design can be applied into Virtual Designing of straight bevel gear,and the involutes equation can be established.According to Man-Machine Interface’s clew,the user only need input some basic parameters of the straight bevel gear,then the 3D-solid of the straight bevel gear can be auto-generated.Therefore,it can shorten the period of development and improve the efficiency.
