彩色淋巴结细胞显微图像预处理算法研究
Research of Pre-processing Algorithm about Color Images of Lymph Node Tissue
【摘要】 传统的预处理方法,在对于血液图像这样简单的医学图像的分析中得到了广泛的应用,并取得了较为理想的效果.但该方法对于淋巴结这样有着复杂背景的显微图像处理效果并不理想.综合运用彩色图像处理和数学形态学等知识,并采用基于彩色图像分割的背景剪除、基于区域生长的边界清除、基于高斯函数的图像融合和基于数学形态学方法和双边滤波去除图像噪声等方法,取得了较好的预处理效果.
【Abstract】 Conventional preprocessing methods have been widely used in the analysis of medical images such as blood,and gained satisfactory results.But when used to the microscopic images of lymph node tissues,which have a complex background,it turns out poor performance.By using color image processing and mathematical morphology,and applying some methods,a preprocessing result is achieved well.The methods above are as follows:(1)background removing method based on color image segmentation;(2)boundary objects removing method based on region growing;(3)image fusion method based on Gaussian function;(4)image denoising method based on mathematical morphology and bilateral filtering.
