【Abstract】 Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,UV-Vis and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography,RP-HPLC were used to determine contents of total flavonoids and galangin in decoction of different combinations of shudage-4 Mongolian medicine compound respectively.Results showed that the highest contents of total flavonoid and galangin were both in the whole group,and the lowest contents of them were both in the gaozishi group(p<0.05).There were a significant difference in contents of total flavonoids and galangin of different combinations of shudage-4 Mongolian medicine compound(p<0.05).更多还原
