【摘要】 通过对呼伦贝尔市马铃薯生产及加工业发展现状分析,指出当地马铃薯加工转化率在50%左右,马铃薯产业基本成型,但是生产中还存在一些诸如农业基础设施薄弱、市场对接不到位、加工专用品种少且推广难等问题,提出细化当地马铃薯种植区域划分、建立市场供需信息平台,合理调控播种面积,加大加工专用马铃薯推广力度,加深淀粉厂与薯农之间合作关系等一系列发展措施。更多还原
