多晶硅锭外圆磨床的改进设计及分析
IMPROVED DESIGN AND ANALYSIS ON POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON INGOTS GRINDING MACHINE
【摘要】 为了提高多晶硅圆柱锭磨削质量和效率,降低劳动强度,对现有的多晶硅圆柱锭磨床进行改进,设计了定位夹紧机构,确定液压传动为夹紧动力源,分析了定位夹紧机构的合理性,并用有限元分析软件ANSYS对磨床整机进行了静力分析,验证了多晶硅锭外圆磨床改进设计的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality and efficiency of grinding polycrystalline silicon cylindrical silicon ingots,reduce labor intensity,the prior polysilicon cylindrical ingot grinder was improved,positioning and clamping mechanism was designed,chose the hydraulic transmission for clamping force,analysed the rationality of positioning and clamping mechanism,and using finite element analysis software ANSYS to conduct static analysis on the grinding machine,validated the feasibility of the improved design on polysilicon grinder.
