披碱草与野大麦杂种BC1F3代苗期抗旱性研究

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验,在室内干旱胁迫下,测定了披碱草与野大麦及其杂种BC1F3代各株系幼苗的相对含水量、细胞膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸含量等7项生理指标的变化。运用打分法、模糊隶属度函数法对各株系的抗旱性进行评价,并结合表观生长状况对评价结果进行综合分析。结果显示各株系的抗旱性强弱顺序为:披碱草>YF3-3>YF3-31>YF3-2>YF3-53>YF3-74>野大麦>YF3-76。关联度分析结果显示各项抗旱指标与平均隶属度函数值的关联顺序为:相对生长率>相对含水量>游离脯氨酸含量>幼苗成活率>叶绿素含量>丙二醛含量>细胞膜相对透性,即相对生长率、相对含水量、游离脯氨酸含量、幼苗成活率是各供试材料抗旱评价的重要指标。

【Abstract】 Seven indexes,such as relative water content,relative cell membrane permeability,free praline et al,of Elymus dahuricus,Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC1F3 were determined under drought stress at seedling stage by using pot try in indoor.The drought resistance of BC1F3 lines was evaluated with scoring method and fuzzy subordinate function method combined with and apparent growth condition.The results showed that the drought resistant capability of BC1F1 lines was in order of Elymus duhuricus>YF3-3>YF3-31>YF3-2>YF3-53>YF3-74> Hordeum brevisubulatum >YF3-76.The results of grey correlative analysis showed that the drought resistance and its relationship with drought resistance indexes of eight lines were researched on this basis.The results of grey correlative degree analysis showed that the correlated order of indexes of drought resistance to subordinate function values was: relative growth rate> relative water content > free proline content > seedling survival rate > chlorophyll content> MDA content > cell membrane permeability,i.e.relative growth rate,relative water content,free proline content,seedling survival rate can be regarded as the important indexes for drought resistance evaluation of the materials.
