C300型汽轮发电机组振动故障分析
Analysis on Vibration Failure of C300-type Steam Turbine Power Generating Units
【摘要】 在汽轮发电机组调试试运行过程中,经常发生各种形式的振动故障。某电厂C300型汽轮发电机组基建调试期间因动静碰磨、部件松动、电磁干扰等原因导致机组振动频发,通过对振动特点、机组运行数据及各种现象进行分析、判断、处理,找出了相应的原因,消除了振动故障,保证机组试运行的顺利进行。
【Abstract】 During commissioning and preoperation trial run of steam turbine generating unit,various forms of vibration failure are often happened.Due to rubbing between movable and stationary parts,loose parts,magnetic interference and other reasons,unit vibration of C300-type steam turbine power generating unit is happened.Through analysis and inspection to vibration characteristics,unit operation data and various phenomenon occurred,causes has been identified and vibration failure has been eliminated,to ensure smooth progress of unit test run.
