火电厂脱硫系统浆液起泡原因分析及治理
Cause Analysis and Its Treatment on Serum Frothing in Power Plant Desulphurization System
【摘要】 针对内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司4×330 MW火电机组4号脱硫系统频繁出现吸收塔浆液起泡溢流、脱硫效率降低的问题,通过对吸收塔内Mg元素、烟尘、工艺水水源、脱硫废水、氧化风量等因素进行排查、分析,确定原因为炉膛氧量表计出现偏差造成锅炉燃烧不充分,未完全燃烧的煤尘进入脱硫吸收塔,导致浆液污染,出现起泡溢流现象。对氧量表计进行校正后,锅炉燃烧稳定,吸收塔浆液起泡溢流现象得到有效解决。
【Abstract】 On issues of frequent serum frothing and flooding from absorption tower in NO.4 desulphurization system and low desulfurization efficiency of 4×330 MW thermal power units,Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,through detection and analysis to some factors on Mg element,soot,process water,desulfurization wastewater and oxidized input air,ascertains that serum polluted and frothing flooded,is caused by smut got into desulfurization absorber,which is insufficient burned and imperfect combusted in boiler deviation of oxygen metering.After calibration of oxygen metering,boiler combustion is stable,and serum frothing in absorption tower is effectively solved.
