布袋除尘器脱汞性能试验分析
Analysis to Mecury Removal Performance Test of Bag-type Dust Collector
【摘要】 燃煤电站锅炉烟气中的汞污染控制是电力环保的重点工作,现有环保设施中,布袋除尘器对烟气中的汞具有一定的脱除效果。选择某电站200 MW机组布袋除尘器作为试验对象,采用OHM法烟气中汞采样装置对除尘器入、出口的烟气、飞灰中的汞进行采样分析,以了解布袋除尘器的脱汞性能及烟气中汞的形态分布特性。试验表明,布袋除尘器对汞的脱除效率为22.18%,其中,烟气中单质汞质量浓度降低约52%,而二价汞的质量浓度则提高约36%,大部分颗粒态汞被除去。
【Abstract】 It is key task in electric power environmental protection work to control mercury pollution in flue gas from boiler of coal fired power plant.Within existing environmental protection facilities,bag-type dust collector has definite effect to remove mercury from flue gas.Selecting bag-type dust collector for 200 MW power unit from one certain power plant as testing target,take sampling analysis to mercury from flue gas at inlet and outlet of dust collector,and from flue gas,through mercury sampling device from flue gas on basis of OHM method,in order to find out mercury removal performance of bag-type dust collector and distribution characteristic of mercury speciation.Tests indicate that mercury removal efficiency by bag-type dust collector is 22.18% and most particulate mercury is removed,in which,mass concentration of elemental mercury is lowered about 52%,and mass concentration of mercury increases about 36%.Therefore,most particulate mercury are removed.
