毕业生档案弃档风险及预警管理
Risk and Warning of Graduates’ Abandoning Arhives
【摘要】 毕业生弃档现象的大量出现,是社会人事制度和档案制度在新时期变革的缩影,如何正确看待这种现象,并提出切实可行的解决措施,是档案管理部门和人事部门必须研究的重点。
【Abstract】 The phenomenon of graduates’ abandoning archives is the epitome of new stage revolution on social personnel system and archive system.This thesis mainly studies how to treat this right and puts forwards the countermeasures.
