【摘要】 随着经济的快速发展以及国际交流的不断加强,外来物种入侵的现象日益严重,给我国的经济、文化、生态以及人类健康造成了重大的危害。文章通过分析国际社会外来物种入侵立法情况,研究了我国在防治外来物种入侵立法方面存在的问题,并对现有法律法规中的有关内容提出了修改和完善的建议,以期为全面加强我国防治外来物种入侵立法提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid economic development as well as continuously strengthening of international exchanges,the invasion of alien species is becoming increasingly serious and caused significant harm to the country’s economic,cultural,ecological and human health.By analysis of legislation of international community for preventing and controlling invasive alien species,China’s legislative problems of preventing and controlling invasive alien species were studied.Suggestions to modify current laws and regulations were proposed for comprehensive construction of China’s legislation of prevention and control of alien invasive species.更多还原
