LiFePO4的水热法制备及其电化学性能
Hydrothermal Preparation and Electrochemical Performance of LiFePO4 Cathode Materials
【摘要】 以氢氧化锂、硫酸亚铁及磷酸二氢铵为原料进行水热反应,成功制备了磷酸铁锂材料.利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察了反应产物的形貌.对材料进行了充放电循环、循环伏安(CV)以及交流阻抗(EIS)等电化学性能研究.结果显示,经氧化石墨烯(GO)包覆的磷酸铁锂具有较好的电化学性能,在0.2C(34mAh/g)时首次放电容量达到122mAh/g,经80次循环后,容量仍保持在116.5mAh/g,容量保持率为95.5%.
【Abstract】 Lithium iron phosphate was synthesized with FeSO4,NH4H2PO4 and LiOH as the raw materials by hydrothermal method.The structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).As one of the cathode materials,LiFePO4 was characterized electrochemically by galvanostatic charge/discharge,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and cyclic voltammetry experiment.The results showed that the material coated with GO has the best performance.The initial discharge capacity was 122 mAh/g at the current density of 0.2 C(34 mA/g) and maintained 116.5 mAh/g after 80 cycles with capacity retention was 95.5%.
